Maria help was very well appreciated in all situations and circumstances. It was a unique experience buying a home for my family which I like to acknowledge although were not related. They are refuges from Thailand and they understand and speak some English. I had tried several agents but was disappointed with their sale pitch. I felt like the agents did not want to be bothered or worthy of their time.The parents worked different shifts and the only time the couples had together was late Saturdays or Sundays. I spoke with Maria on the phone and explain our situation. Maria was easy to communicate with and she made time for the family to see homes during the days and then in the late evening. Maria went above and beyond to make the time to show different houses. It was a period of 3 weeks or more before the family found a home they loved. Maria never left their side and explain multiple of time the condition of contracts every step of the way. Maria answered their question when ever the family called day or night. Maria made it possible because she cares so much for people, she patient and it was never about money and that is what made difference. I would recommand Maria to our community of Karen culture.

My husband and I fortunately discovered Maria at an open house she was hosting in the beginning of 2020. Unfortunately for us, we needed to buy during an incredibly hot seller’s market in Boise, Idaho. It was not uncommon for sellers to receive multiple full price or above asking price offers on the first day of their listing. Because we wanted to keep the kids in their neighborhood schools, it took many months of looking to finally find a house that was perfect in many ways. Maria never tired of the many requests we made to see newly listed houses both in and out of the desired neighborhood, usually meeting us at the house within an hour or two. In addition, Maria was always able to get the paperwork done just as quickly with our offers. Incredibly all of the offers she helped us with were accepted. Even though we backed out of our earlier offers because of inspection issues, we did not lose much time or any money. Maria always had a positive attitude and commitment to finding the right house for us within our budget no matter how long we were taking to find it. If you are looking for a patient hard-working and kind agent I’m sure Maria will work as hard for you as she did for us!

My son met Maria at an open house and she assisted him in locating a house that was in his price range and met criteria that was very difficult (walking distance to BSU, 4 bedroom, under $290,000 price limit). The fact that he was 18 and a student never seemed to be an issue with her.. she just kept looking until the right house was found. I would recommend Maria for your buying or selling needs..
